Simi Arora-Lalani is a partner in the London office of Clifford Chance, an international law firm. Simi specialises in securitisation, asset backed financing and portfolio disposals advising banks, corporates, funds, financial investors and fintechs. Simi extensively studied international and human rights law prior to working in finance law which has led to her interest in and support for Reprieve. Simi joined Reprieve’s board in October 2023.
