Jennifer Roberts

Jennifer is part of Reprieve’s US Death Penalty Team, working on preventing the misuse of medicines in lethal injection executions and exposing the myth of the humane execution. Jennifer focuses on advocacy and investigation, and leads our private sector engagement with over 60 pharmaceutical manufacturers and the wider healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Reprieve, Jennifer worked on torture prevention at the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). There, she focused on improving the treatment of people in prison in the OSCE region through training prison staff and independent monitoring, and led ODIHR’s work on death penalty abolition. Jennifer graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA Joint Hons in German and Russian and later earned a European Masters in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights.
