Chai Patel
Director of Casework
Chai is Reprieve’s Director of Casework.
Before joining Reprieve, Chai worked as Legal and Policy Director at the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) where he led JCWI’s policy and advocacy work and strategic litigation. Prior to that he has also worked at the Migrants Rights Network, in the human rights team at Leigh Day and, first of all, on the death penalty team at Reprieve.
