The brother of a Sikh human rights activist has written a letter to Lord Cameron asking him to meet the family and secure Jagtar Singh Johal’s release, reports The Telegraph.
Since Jagtar was arrested and tortured in India in 2017 there have been six foreign secretaries in the UK.
“My brother’s life depends on what David Cameron decides to do and whether he decides to call for Jagtar’s release to bring him back home,” Gurpreet Singh Johal has said.
