Reprieve US client Ahmed Rabbani has been on a prolonged hunger strike in protest at his continued detention without trial at Guantánamo Bay. In this op-ed for Pakistan’s Daily Times (placed by volunteer media consultant Mahvish Rukhsana) he writes that starving himself to death may be the only way he can ‘escape’ from the prison.
