Peter John
Consultant - International Advocacy
Peter is an international advocacy consultant who works across teams to enhance Reprieve’s engagement with the United Nations and other multilateral bodies. He joined Reprieve US in September 2019 as an International Public Interest Fellow with a focus on the international legal and political framework surrounding the death penalty.
Prior to joining RUS, Peter worked as a researcher with Project 39A in Delhi and helped coordinate an empirical study on the psychosocial conditions impacting death row prisoners across India. He holds degrees from Jindal University, the London School of Economics and Stanford University.
