on \u201c\u2019Targeted Killing\u2019 and the Rule of Law: The Legal and Human Costs of 20 Years of U.S. Drone Strikes.\u201d It\u2019s the first time Congress has held hearings on the US drone programme since 2013.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read the statement we submitted telling the stories of those who have been harmed by drone strikes and why they deserve not just an end to the programme, but full accountability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing will be livestreamed&nbsp;<a
