Matt is Deputy Director of Reprieve US. Matt guides the organization’s US-focused casework and advocacy and oversees our Washington, DC office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Reprieve, Matt led investigations into war crimes for Amnesty International’s Crisis Response Program, worked on the protection of civilians at Centre for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), and was a West Africa Researcher at Human Rights Watch. Matt has a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History and Psychology from Rice University.
