A Guardian <\/a>exclusive<\/a> reveals how British women and their children detained in North East<\/a> <\/a>Syria’s<\/a> camp Roj <\/a>are malnourished and do not have access to adequate healthcare to the point that they fear death if they are not brought home soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m going to die here if they don’t get me out soon,” one of the women wrote in a message from the camp. “I really, really want to go back and be with you guys. I really need hospital care.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guardian reports that the women’s testimony will renew pressure on the UK government to repatriate <\/a>dozens<\/a> of Britons<\/a>, as the US and most European countries including France and Spain have.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
