Adrian Cohen is a partner in the banking and finance practice of Clifford Chance LLP. \u200eAdrian specialises in all aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency law and practice. He co-ordinates the firm\u2019s European restructuring and insolvency group. His expertise includes law reform in emerging markets and has advised a number of Governments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adrian sits on the board of the Jewish Leadership Council, is Chair of the London Jewish Forum and lay Chair of Labour Friends of Israel.
