Thus, we promote and protect the rights of those facing the death penalty and those who are the victims of extreme human rights abuses carried out in the name of \u201ccounterterrorism\u201d or \u201cnational security\u201d, with a focus on arbitrary detention, torture, and extrajudicial executions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
